AFC/NFC Separation, Chaos In Cleveland, NFL Throws Bone To Kaepernick, Tua's Done/Is Alabama Next? Return Of The Hockey Policeman? Carmelo's NBA Return/Warriors Tanking?

Episode 99 is jam packed with tons of sports nuggets for your edification. On deck:

The separation atop the AFC and the bottom of the NFC, the Texans are frauds, Ravens red hot (but I need to see this in January), the Eagles are still live for the NFC East, the Rams may fall short are some of the storylines I discuss. Including, the chaos in Cleveland between the Steelers and Browns. Why this WASN’T Mason Rudolph’s fault? How there may not be any retribution in two weeks for their next matchup? And the sham that was Colin Kaepernick’s workout and the part that the NFL played in it?

Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is done for the season after dislocating his hip vs. Mississippi St. What does this means for Alabama’s playoff hopes and the two big losses in college football over the weekend.

The MLB’s investigating of the Houston Astros stealing signs going back to their 2017 World Championship season.

The return of the NHL policeman/tough guy? I’ll explain why.

Carmelo’s return to the NBA and the Warriors tanking? YOU’VE HEARD IT HERE FIRST!

Plus, my Hero and Zero of the Week.

Patriots 'D', Gase/Kitchens Dismissal? 49ers Last Undefeated & Other Week 9 NFL Storylines, Nats Seal Deal, Mets Brass Incompetence, Embiid's Immaturity & More

Ushering in November with some sizzling analysis (Episode 97) as I take you through the sports universe. Here’s what I got for you.

The disasters in New York (Jets) and Cleveland as both Adam Gase and Freddie Kitchens are feeling the heat in their first season as head coach. The Niners are the last undefeated team standing in the NFL. I’ll discuss how far they can take their streak, plus go around the league to chime about the Patriots first loss and other storylines throughout Week 9.

The Washington Nationals won their first World Series in historic fashion by winning all four games on the road. I’ll put a nice ribbon on their magic carpet ride, as well as, what the Astros did wrong, particularly in Game 7. I’ll also get into some of the top free agents on the market this off-season. And, of course, my insight on the new Met manager, Carlos Beltran, that you don’t want to miss.

I’ll share some thoughts on the NBA where there was a high scoring affair between the Rockets vs. Wizards, Stephen Curry’s broken hand and Joel Embiid is up to his stupid tactics yet again.

And don’t forget, my Hero and Zero of the Week.

The Underwhelming NFL First Half, Patriots 'D': All Time Great? Nats Go Flat At Home, Astros On The Cusp. A New #1 In College Football, NBA Challenge Rule Paying Dividends?

There are plenty of sports tricks and treats as I close out October in fine fashion for this weeks edition (Episode 96) of The JAYREELZ Podcast. On deck:

As we’re just about halfway through the NFL season, it’s been a bit of a bore, if you ask me. I’ll explain why, including if the Patriots defense is an all time great considering what they’ve done to this point?

The Astros have come roaring back from an 0-2 deficit to claim the lead in the Series as it shifts back to Houston. I’ll recap how they came back, why the Nationals have fallen flat and what to expect as the baseball season is coming to a close. Speaking of close, the Mets shut down the fans hopes of bringing manager, Joe Girardi, on board as he signs with the rival Phillies. You know I have a thing or two to say about this.

There is a new #1 in college football as the LSU Tigers have overtaken the Alabama Crimson Tide for the top dog in the country. We’ve had a couple of upsets with top ranked teams going down on Saturday. I’ll cover it all as the college game starts to heat up.

I’ll also discuss how the new challenge system worked in favor last night in the NBA, touch on the latest in the NHL as well as, my Hero and Zero of the Week.

Another Winter I Can Sleep In Peace (RIP 2019 Yankees), Nats-Astros WS Preview. NFL Week 7, Tua's Ankle, NBA '19-20 Preview & Storylines

Back after a week off, there’s a plethora of sports chatter to get into as I present (Episode 95) to you all. On deck is the following:

The Yankees fell short of reaching the World Series, not only this year, but the entire decade for the first time in over 100 years. I promise to not throw a lot of dirt on their 2019 grave, but there are a few bullet points to get to regarding this series vs. Houston and their outlook for 2020. Including a thought about a trade chip on their squad that could bring back a top of the rotation pitcher.

I’ll preview the World Series between Washington vs. Houston with my bold prediction. I’ll also chime in on the latest rumors regarding the Mets managerial position which you’ll get a kick out of.

NFL Week 7 was rather ehhh, to be quite honest, but I’ll share my thoughts on some of the top stories of the weekend throughout the league.

Tua Tagovailoa’s ankle injury and surgery was the biggest news coming out of college football this weekend. Will that affect their national title hopes?

The NBA season is about to get underway. I’ll get into the top storylines heading into this campaign, over/under win totals, NBA Finals predictions, as we get ready to usher in another year for the Association.

Plus, my Hero and Zero of the Week.

The Overthinking Of October Baseball, Mets Next Manager Is? Two Unbeaten Teams Left & Other NFL Week 5 Storylines

CORRECTION: The NHL Carolina Hurricanes are off to an 3-0 start, not the Columbus Blue Jackets. My apologies for the faux pas.

The first podcast of October (Episode 94) will be sure to whet your sports appetite. Here’s what’s on deck:

The MLB postseason has been littered with highly questionable moves by managers when it comes to their starters and bullpen. I’ll discuss why overthinking has ruined some of these playoff games to date. I’ll also delve into these Division Series games in the AL/NL and my experience at Yankee Stadium as I was present for Game 1 vs. Minnesota. My beloved Mets made an unsurprising move as they’ve fired now former skipper, Mickey Callaway. What’s the plan for the front office as they’re looking to make a ‘splash’ in searching for their man to lead this team to the promised land? You know I’ll put in my two cents on this topic.

NFL Week 5 was pretty ho-hum, although you got an upset in Kansas City which now leaves us with only two unbeaten teams in the league (maybe one, after tonight’s Monday night matchup in San Francisco) I’ll check in on some of the big storylines of this past week and recap a tough loss for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I’ll also chime in on the latest in college football, the NHL, my Hero and Zero of the Week and a programming note that you won’t want to miss.
